K - The Question is a single-voice monologue in the register of a man who has spent his whole life accepting his place and has just been handed evidence that maybe it was wrong. The trick of the pack is the sixth and seventh lines — a question, then a confession. Players who try to over-act the closing line lose coverage; the line works best delivered like a man talking to himself in a car. Most players land the rhythm on the second or third pass.
